This Sunday: Back to School Blessing!
Sunday @ 10:00 am
All are invited to this special service of blessing for students and their families, faculty, staff, tutors and all involved in education.
It is the beginning of a new season of learning; a time for the community to recommit to an effort that helps each student achieve their potential.
| | |
We recognize that God’s love is available to everyone who sees the value and sacredness of all people, and education as a dimension of Grace.
We hope that through this service you will leave inspired and encouraged for a new year of learning and growing.
Join us in the pews, in the Zoom or streamed on facebook. Preview the service here.

Tutoring is Back!
Volunteers are needed!
Volunteers are needed to tutor elementary-age students in reading or math. This is a rewarding experience and requires as little as a hour a week. If you can read you can tutor! Volunteers need not be St. John members, so tell your friends and invite them to participate! Tutoring can make a huge difference in a child's future.
Students are tutored at the church in the afternoon. For more information contact Shirley George at 678-478-8642.
