St. Johns County District 1 Update
|
The Fall season of school routines, festivals, holidays, and cool(er) temperatures is here. As we begin to prepare for Halloween and Thanksgiving, I want to thank you. Thank you for the honor and privilege to serve the community in which I was raised, in which I raised my family, and in which my wife and I plan to retire some day. I thank the St. Johns County staff, which serves our community without expectation of public recognition and with sincere dedication to meet the needs of our residents and business owners. I thank you for participating in advisory boards, committees, and so many other ways to make St. John's County number one.
We can spend more money and create more policies; however, it is the character and care of our residents and business owners which makes St. Johns County one of the most attractive places in Florida to live, work, and relax. Continue to let me know what is important to you, so I can make informed decisions as one of your representatives. Thank you for allowing me to represent you; the heart and soul of St. Johns County.
Sincerely,
James K. Johns
District 1
