Ledyard Lions Memorial Day Parade: Updates to our St. Luke plans for the parade!
We will meet up following church at the town green to decorate the float. Lunch (grinders, salad) will be provided by Evangelism Team.
If you would like to participate but cannot walk so far, there is room on the trailer to sit. Bring a cushion to sit on. We will have candy to give away.
Hot dogs are provided by Lions at the end of parade.
Everyone participating in the parade is welcome to come to Pam’s house (across the street from the High School) to visit and swim. Bring a snack to share if you like.
If you are planning coming to the parade it is helpful to let Pam know so we can get enough grinders. (860) 884-7250.
Tag Sale!
Tag Sale to benefit the Furniture Bank of Southeastern CT; June 2 and 3. Items for the sale can be brought to the church beginning today after the service when we will also start setting up for the sale. We will need lots of help for a couple of hours setting up tables and bookcases, covering tables, and beginning to organize merchandise. Please consider joining us! We have posted a signup sheet on an easel near the kitchen.

Hallelujah for Handbells
Hallelujah for Handbells featuring 34 ringers in five choirs will be presenting their annual celebration of ringing on Friday June 9th at 7:00 pm. Come and hear the “colors” of music as well as learn about the world of art. Reception to follow including a display of our local artists.
The Shoreline Ringer Concert
The Shoreline Ringer Concert set for June 10th at 7:00pm at St David’s will be the last one with Jane Nolan as Director.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School, "Hero Hotline: Called Together to Serve God," will be at St. Luke this year, July 24-28th, 9am-12pm. Registration is live on our website. We are looking for a few folks to be present during VBS, helping shepherd our Heroes. Please see Pr. Heidi for details!

St. Luke Mask Guidelines
Based on current CDC guidelines, mask wearing is not required for indoor church events and worship services. However, St. Luke remains a "mask friendly" space, where we will, as a community, honor and respect anyone's decision to wear a mask to lower the transmission of Covid or other airborne viruses.
Please note that we will continue to monitor CDC guidelines for any new Covid variants that arise and/or increased incidence in the population. Mandatory mask wearing could be reinstated if CDC or local health guidelines recommend it.
