Pledge Ingathering Sunday
This Sunday, we gather as a community to make our pledges in support of St. Mary's for the upcoming year. Every pledge is important, so please bring your completed pledge form with you on Sunday to turn in during the worship service. Never fear: if you've lost your form or didn't receive one, there will be blank pledge forms available Sunday morning! You can also pledge online  here:
Guest Preacher: Rita Carson-Kendagor
Ms. Rita Carson-Kendagor will preach at both services on Sunday, November 24th. Rita is a native of Kansas City, attending St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Brookside. She grew up in the Pentecostal tradition, and came to the Episcopal Church largely due to her love for the historic Christian liturgy. She works as a clinical social worker and also serves as a spiritual director. Rita is a Postulant for Priesthood and is a seminary student at the Bishop Kemper School for Ministry in Topeka.
Advent Quiet Day
The previously announced Deanery Advent Quiet Day, scheduled for this coming Saturday, November 23, has been cancelled.
