Dear St. Thomas Families,

On this 3rd week of Lent, we lead the KIND practice on the way to the cross. Let us do positive things for others like sharing or helping someone if need.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life . John 3:16

St. Thomas 8th grade students placed in the Diocesan Academic Showcase on March 13th. Students who placed were: Maura Eckerle placed 3rd in Oratory, Megan Calme placed 1st in Social Studies, and Madeline Bruns placed 3rd in Storytelling.   Congratulations Tomcats!

The 3rd quarters report cards will be available through Sycamore Education on Friday, March 22.

REVISED 2019-2020 Registration forms are in the Wednesday folder!
Don't forget that now is the time to register your child(ren) to reserve their spot for the 2019-2020 school year.  The revised tuition/registration form is in the Wednesday folder. If you have already sent in your registration form, no need to complete the revised form. We will continue to use FACTS Management Company to help manage our tuition payment plan.    St. Thomas school's specific payment plan link is the same as last year.

The STEM program is in full swing at St. Thomas.  The 7th grade students participated in an anatomy lesson presented by Mr. Paul Naberhaus and Dr. Versteeg.  The students learned about catfish and had hands-on experience dissecting the fish.   As you can see, they were definitely interested in the subject.

Grades 1 - 7 began the IOWA standardized test on Monday, March 18. Teachers have scheduled a few tests on each day with the completion on or before Friday, March 29.

Have a blessed week,

Deborah Flamm
Principal
