2021 TPCC Summary and Outcomes
Explore our new 2021 Summary and Outcomes report to learn about highlights from 2021 which demonstrate our commitment and investment in making primary care primary. Our efforts in 2021 have positioned us to continue our growth in 2022 as the go-to primary care resource for Texas. New Team Member
We are excited to welcome Nishi Singhal, MPH, as our primary care program officer! She joins the team with an extensive background with nonprofits and public health including the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and one of the largest Accountable Care Organizations in the country. This new role is an exciting growth development for TPCC and we are sincerely thankful for the support of our partners and steering committee who have fueled and invested in this work!
