COMMUNITY HOLOCAUST COMMEMORATION PROGRAM
Tuesday, May 3, at 7:00 p.m. at Temple Emanuel

The program will feature  John Gunzler,  Member of the Advisory Board  of the Holocaust Center at Ramapo College.  Please join us to hear the intriguing story of how John and his  immediate family survived the Holocaust in Hungary. 

There will be a candle-lighting ceremony honoring the survivors,  their children, and grandchildren, as well as recognition of righteous  gentiles in our community. 

The program is sponsored by the Sisterhoods ofTemple Emanuel and Temple Beth Or,  and by Pascack Valley-Northern Valley Hadassah. 

This program is appropriate for children in grade seven and beyond. 

Coffee and dessert will follow the program.

Friday, May 6, at 6:00 p.m.

The theme for this month is "Mothers' Day Shabbat. Bring your mom and/or your grandmother and let's celebrate her special day.

Come and celebrate with Rabbi Klatzker and Cantor Sokoloff with the songs, stories, and sweetness of  Shabbat.
 
The servic e is t he perfect way for your family to enjoy  Shabbat  in child-friendly and informal atmosphere.  We invite children 7 years old and younger with their  families to attend.
