Aveda Exceeds Earth Month Goal for 2010
Aveda Institute Denver, Tucson and Provo have all received
the Shero Hero Award presented in Yoga Journal Magazine.
Dear Aveda Tribe,
It is with great admiration for
our network that I share the wonderful news that we have exceeded
our Earth Month goal and raised $3.7 million. To raise such a large
sum of money during these financially difficult times is an
outstanding achievement and speaks to Aveda's unique ability to

Buffalo Exchange Late Night
Shopping Party
Saturday August 21, 5:30-8:00pm
The Eastside Buffalo Exchange location is hosting a Back to
School shopping party. We will set up styling and makeup stations
to do quick looks and finishing touches to shoppers in attendance.
There will be coupons, raffles, and a new school supply drive to
benefit TUSD. Ask Elle for more details!
Every Dog Has Its Day
Friday August 27, 7:30-9:30pm
Join the HOPE Animal Shelter and Atticus the Rescue Dog for
an eclectic night of music, art, fashion and performance. We will
provide hair and makeup for the fashion show, and have our our room
in Hotel Congress to prep the models! More info: Music will be
provided by DJ Carl Hanni, the Silver Thread Trio. Fashion show
styled by Amber Mortensen of PainfullyHip.com featuring local
designers and boutiques. Live performances by Colleena Candelabra,
John Reidy, Lauren Malanga. Awesome Raffle Prizes and Amazing
Portraits of current adoptable animals from HOPE by Doug
Switalsky.
