Happy Kwanzaa! Wishing The Boston Home's residents, families and staff a wonderful Kwanzaa, celebrating the seven guiding principles! May the light of Kwanzaa fill our lives with unity, purpose, faith, and creativity for the New Year.

1st Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Thank you to everyone who helped make The Boston Home's 1st Annual Holiday Tree Lighting truly magical! Special thanks to vocalist Mairin Keady and accompanist Tim O'Leary for leading our community carol sing, to International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 and Molloy Landscape for beautifully lighting our garden and grounds, to Don Fredette for our lovely, hand-crafted menorah, to Lisa Donovan of Kiss 108's Matty in the Morning show for supporting our residents and families, and to Starbucks for providing delicious hot cocoa! Celebrating the Season What a wonderful holiday season we are having, complete with carolers, musical performances, resident and staff holiday parties, delicious meals and special treats! We even enjoyed a heart-warming and hilarious visit from "Buddy the Elf." Thank you to all the families who contributed to 24 Days of Giving in appreciation of our skilled and dedicated staff. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

EMD Serono Holiday Heroes! We are truly grateful to our friends at EMD Serono, who, once again this year, have made our residents' holiday wishes come true! EMD Serono employees fulfilled each and every item on our residents' holiday gift wish list, and kindly had their gifts shipped directly to The Boston Home, where the gifts were wrapped and presented to residents. From art supplies to cozy slippers and shawls, residents will enjoy their lovely gifts in the year to come.
