Highlights from this month’s Economic Development Update:

  • Real Estate continues to be a strong seller’s market with 2020 yearly totals showing a 13% increase in the median price.
  • Highway 31 Industrial Park anchor tenant, Audubon Metals
  • Audubon Metals presentation by President/CEO Brian Hawkes. Brian shared drone photography of the current construction site, described the process and operations they perform as a metals processor to support the automotive industry. He also took a few minutes to give an overview of the corporate culture: safety of associates, environmental compliance, product quality, reputation in the industry, and production.
