Welcome to the March Cirrostratus Group Newsletter.

Pricing Your SaaS Products

A survey of approximately 1000 SaaS executives was conducted by Openview. This survey showed that most growth and expansion stage SaaS companies do not have someone who is focused on pricing decisions. Most often it is the CEO that makes the pricing analysis and decisions which implies the strategic importance of pricing decisions. However, how many CEOs are experts on pricing. This report has some very interesting insights on the impact of the pricing decision process. There is also an infographic on the current state of SaaS Pricing.

Once you've decided on your SaaS product pricing, here are some tips on how to set up your pricing page.

Lincoln Murphy, customer success expert, has updated his Guide to Customer Success. It's a great free resource describing all aspects of the customer success role and he has recently updated it for 2017.

Pulse 2017, billed as the "The Ultimate Customer Success Event", is scheduled for May 9th - 11th in Oakland, CA. This is one of the largest events focused on customer success professionals and has a variety of great speakers. If you want to learn more about customer success this should be a great event.
