Lennar Homes has closed on its first newly completed residence at Runaway Bay, a single-family home village within Fiddler's Creek.
Runaway Bay features just 98 home sites, with the namesake Creek to one side and The Creek Golf Course to the other. A selection of spacious three- and four-bedroom floor plans is currently available, each offering three-car garages, gourmet kitchens and study along with a screen covered lanai with optional luxury pool and spa package and optional winter kitchen.
