📬 Letter from the Director

Happy New Year!

As The Gardens’ new(ish) director, I have felt such a warm welcome from staff, colleagues, visitors, members, and the broader community—thank you!

2023 was a fantastic year of connecting, educating, and surpassing goals. From hosting incredible events, like Pumpkins on Parade and the LatinĂ© and Hispanic Heritage Celebration, to our advances in education (check out our recent OtterCares grant award!), I am proud of our accomplishments and look forward to building even more momentum this year.

Your commitment to this amazing place is inspiring and sets the stage for a very bright future. Together, we create a space where our visitors find meaning in so many ways—peace, enrichment, joy, and wonder. I am looking forward to getting my hands dirty in 2024 and beyond!

Warmly,

Kim Manajek
