Also, Cindy Gierhart, a columnist for Trial Magazine, published by the American Association for Justice, interviewed Ms. Cohen for an article published on February 23, 2015 regarding the application of the statute of limitations in federal workplace discrimination lawsuits.  You can find the article here.

LATEST TESTIMONIAL:

MD: "The Law Office of Faye Riva Cohen, P.C. represented me in an age discrimination case against a prominent recreational facility in the Philadelphia area. They achieved an excellent result for me after a hard fought legal battle in federal court. They were able to overcome a vigorous defense, as well as a change in the law during the case which could have been detrimental to my case, but for their efforts. I am appreciative of everything that they did, especially since I was able to maintain my confidence and self-respect in the face of a situation in which my employer falsely accused me of being the party at fault."
