FIRM NEWS and RECOGNITION:

We are excited to announce that the firm has established a Youtube channel on which to post videos to provide viewers information and insights into the law.  You can find the Youtube channel here and the videos we have posted here.  As you can see, we have posted two videos so far.  We hope to post one video per month, and will make them available here in our quarterly newsletter.

SEMINARS: 

Our attorneys are often asked to lead seminars and/or teach classes on various areas of the law.

On January 11, 2016, Faye Riva Cohen, Esquire led an National Business Institute seminar called "Religious Accommodation in the Workplace," which was available to a national audience.  Shan R. Shah, Esquire assisted Ms. Cohen with writing the materials for the seminar and received a writing credit for his efforts.  This was the second time the National Business Institute invited this firm to present a webinar on religion in the workplace, which is currently an important area of civil rights and employment law.
