Diabetes posters and resources help engage patients 

Helping patients prevent diabetes is a critical opportunity to improving the health of the population served. More than 100 million Americans have diabetes or prediabetes, and direct diabetes medical costs accounted for $237 billion in 2017, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Don't forget that The Physician Alliance created diabetes materials for patient education. Check out the "6 ways to manage your diabetes poster " and "6 tips for lowering diabetes risk poster," plus diabetes self-management form, action plans and more on TPA's website.
