, including four based on patients' reporting of their outcomes, will be added, and 26 quality measures will be removed from the program. Eligible clinicians now also include physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, audiologists, clinical psychologists, and registered dietitians or nutrition professionals. CMS is also adding an opt-in policy to allow clinicians who otherwise would have been excluded under the low-volume threshold the ability to participate in MIPS.
