The Real Estate Center kicked off the 2017/18 academic year at the Annual Fall Reception on Tuesday, September 5th. In keeping with tradition, Charlie Wurtzebach, Center Director and Department Chairman, announced the recipients of this year's academic and travel scholarship awards.

In total, the Center awarded $105,433 in academic scholarships to 33 real estate students and an additional $7,328 was awarded to twelve students to cover travel expenses for attending real estate conferences across the country including ICSC, PREA and ULI.
