Co-Chairman:
E. James Keledjian
, Chairman, REIA and Principal, Pathway to Living, LLC
Co-Chairman:
Charles Wurtzebach, Chairman, Department of Real Estate, The Real Estate Center at DePaul University
Ideally, we would like our panelists to discuss their views of the results of the Real Estate Center’s Chicago Mid-Year 2018 Market Survey/Perspectives report and the specific impact of real estate taxes, interest rate trends, and trade wars on real estate investment in the coming 6 -12 months. While the Survey is Chicago focused, the discussion need not be as many of these issues affect other real estate markets
Panelists:
James D. Shilling
, Michael J. Horne Chair, Real Estate Studies, DePaul University
Professor Jim Shilling will give a 10 minute presentation followed by a panel discussion with 3 panelists including Jim. Wurtzebach will moderate the panel. Jim’s presentation will use the survey as a base, but not be a regurgitation of the survey. We will provide copies of the survey to the attendees.
