The Future is Bright

Dear Rotarians,

I spent a fun weekend helping the Interact Club clean up Park Shore Beach last Saturday. What I got to witness was twenty or so Naples High school students spend a morning eager to work and volunteer with smiles on their faces. They would look you in the eye and say "Yes, sir" and were focused on the task at hand, and not their phones. They were a pleasure! It's good to know that our "junior Rotary" is full of eager, community minded young women and men. If you see Stew Mcfarlane or Greg Wetzel, thank them for the time they give to mentor our next generation. The next time we have a joint program with the Interact club, consider spending time with the next generation of future Rotarians. Thank you.

Yours in Rotary,

Phil Regala

President – The Rotary Club of Naples
