In Memoriam:

Bolo, one of Kaliji's beloved "temple tigers", passed away on November 23rd.
He was known by all to be a friendly, loving companion, and often was one of the first to welcome new and returning friends at the ashrama.

We will all miss Bolo and his joyful songs.
... in the flow,
TriYoga International

Center Tips

Is your mat feeling the winter blues?  Try cutting a lemon in half and rubbing the fruit around the surface. To get off any ground-in dirt, sprinkle first with baking soda and scrub with the lemon half.  Lemon is a natural antiseptic that can improve your immune and lymph systems~ plus, the bright smell will encourage a deep, complete breath.
