 This month's full moon on June 23rd,  just two days after the solstice, is a "super moon" , when the full moon coincides with its closest approach to earth.  Step outside and enjoy nature's peace, energy and inspiration.

The Kriya team has been keeping the site lively with 
announcements of new teachers, videos and more questions and answers from flow-ers around the world

Kalijii traveled to the Hong Kong Yoga Conference, and saw a familiar face on a building in downtown Shenzhen.  She also gave the annual TriYoga retreat at Kripalu in Massachusetts, and will travel to Cincinnati at the end of the month, and will join the US tour of Sri Swamiji starting July 4th weekend.

In Sedona, Arizona, TriYoga teacher Gayatri helps her students "feel the flow" with a regular "Aqua TriYoga" class.

TriYoga at Conferences

In addition to Kaliji's presentation at the EVOLUTION Asia Yoga Conference and senior teacher Brahmi's presentation at the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a group of 30 TY teacher and students will travel to Suzhou, China for the Breation Yoga Conference June 27-30.

TYC-Santa Cruz teacher Kelly Scott shared this tasty, nutritious recipe:

 

For "Crazy Good" Cashew Garlic Dressing:

Blend 1/2 cup cashews, 1/2 cup avocado, 1 cup (or more) of almond or other nut milk, a tablespoon of miso, some fresh sage and garlic, and spirulina and soy sauce to taste.

 

Lightly saute asparagus and romaine in coconut oil, with some sage and a pinch of sea salt, then add the dressing.
