"Ebbs and Flows"
Rev. Jaimie Dingus
10:45 AM
Each year, Unitarian Universalists around the country mark the start of a new year with the ritual of Water Communion, where we remember that even though water can be a source of destruction, it can also be a source of healing and renewal. In song and silence and ritual, we will welcome in a new year, forgiving the past and embracing the possibility of the future. Please join us for our virtual service and drive-through water communion celebration in the UUCH parking lot following the service.

Care List
This Sunday at Our Circle of Candles:
Tim and Theresa Miller lit a candle of joy: That our daughter, Allie, passed her state boards in Florida and is now a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
Salaama lit a candle of gratitude: We’re grateful to the congregation for helping us in our time of need. Thank you all 💙💙
John & Eleanor Schweinsberg lit a candle of gratitude: Our son was able to get himself out of his flooded car in NJ and walk safely to his home.
LaDawn Edwards (she/her) lit a candle of sorrow: The news from Afghanistan breaks my heart every day. How can UUCH light a candle of welcome for some of these displaced people?
The Delaceys lit a candle of concern: For the situation in Afghanistan. Lives lost. Promises broken. Feelings of betrayal. -Suzey D.
