Attic Treasures Sale

Mark your calendars! The Attic Treasures Sale returns on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM in the heart of our Historic Village in the Lower Park.
Shop a wide variety of gently used items donated by the community, all priced to sell. Expect a thoughtfully curated mix of antiques, artwork, china, home furnishings, small furniture, collectibles, and more. Enjoy shopping inside one of the most charming historic buildings in the village—and support The Friends of Washington Crossing Park while you’re at it.
Monthly Living History: Soldier Saturdays – Cooking on Campaign
June 13 | 11 AM – 3 PM
Learn about the foods that made up rations, how they were issued, and what Continental Soldiers ate on campaign and in camps. Visitors will also experience unique cooking methods used by 18th-century armies, drawn from primary evidence.

Monthly Living History: Farmstead Fridays – Historic Trades

Communities across the colonies were made up of people working all sorts of trades. Come meet some of these specialized craftsmen and watch up close as they demonstrate skills from smithing to tailoring, that kept the 18th century world moving!

Hibbs House Garden Tours
June 26 | 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Join Washington Crossing Historic Park’s Historical Horticulturist, Anna Davis, for a guided walk through the working garden that supports the park’s interpretation of colonial life.
During this 45-minute tour, visitors will explore the seasonal herbs, vegetables, flowers, and dye plants that would have been commonly grown in American kitchen gardens of the 1700s. Learn how these plants were used for food, textiles, and everyday remedies while discovering how historians and gardeners reconstruct historic landscapes using period sources.
Along the way, Anna will share stories about early American gardening practices, heirloom plant varieties, and the role gardens played in the daily life of families living along the Delaware River during the Revolutionary era.
This tour is part of Farmstead Friday programming and offers a behind-the-scenes look at the research, cultivation, and care that bring this historic garden to life.
