Attorney Bruce D. Sires Interviewed in

The National Law Journal

on Child Actor Laws

Sires was recently interviewed by The National Law Journal on the subject of child actor laws, specifically the Coogan Law.  Bruce specializes in Coogan Trust Accounts, which hold the required 15% of a minor actor's earnings until they reach the age of 18.

 

Bruce's interview addresses the roots of the law, the changes made to it in 2000, and the resulting loophole left behind that could put the financial security of child actors at risk. Click here to read the full interview.
