A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Vermillion Chameleon Families,
Even though it was not a typical year, we've had an outstanding year at Vermillion Elementary. Our students have done a wonderful job handling our expectations and demonstrating positive character traits throughout the year. The staff has worked extremely hard meeting the academic and emotional needs of each student given some unusual circumstances. I am very fortunate to work with such a caring and supportive staff!

I also want to thank our Vermillion families! We couldn't do the things we do at VES without your support. Thank you for embracing the many changes and challenges this year and working with us through these uncharted waters. We truly appreciate everything you do to help make VES such an outstanding place! Good luck to our fifth and fourth graders. We will miss you!

NURSE's COLUMN
With the end of the school year fast approaching, it is time to start thinking about next year!

We will need a copy of All INCOMING Kindergarteners most recent health assessment and immunizations. The health assessment needs to be within the past year, so any time after August 1, 2020. All elementary age children are now required to have 2 doses of the Hepatitis A vaccine, so if you notice that your child only has 1, please get them a second dose.

Have a wonderful summer and we'll see you in the fall!
