Vinton, VA -February 4, 2011 -Chuck Wicks and Steve Holy, both Top 40 artists, will be serenading festival goers this spring at the 56th Annual, Vinton Dogwood Festival.
In partnership with WSLC 94.9, we have secured the dates of April 29 and April 30th, respectively, for these performances.
Both artists will be performing acoustic style performances.
Chuck Wicks debuted his first single, "Stealing Cinderella," in September 2007 and has been a busy artist ever since. The single served as the lead-off to his debut album "Starting Now," which was released in January 2008. "All I Ever Wanted" and "Man of the House" were released as the album's second and third singles, respectively, and both have charted in the Top 40. In addition to being busy with his music, Wicks also appeared on season eight of "Dancing with the Stars." Chuck just recently released his new single "Old School".
Steve Holy's new single "Love Don't Run" has now been on Billboard for five straight weeks and continues to gain momentum, climbing up to #45 on the Billboard charts this week.

Steve's 2nd CD, "Brand New Girlfriend" was released August 8, 2006. The album debut at number two on the country charts. Singles from this CD included "Brand New Girlfriend," "Come On Rain," "Men Buy The Drinks," and his latest single "Baby Don't Go".
Steve earned his second number one single with "Brand New Girlfriend." This song was also the number one dance song for 2006.
The Song "Good Morning Beautiful" made it to Billboard's Top Country Songs of the decade 1999-2009 at number 10.
