Q: How do I sign up?
A: www.virtualSKOGG.com Click the "Sign In or Register" button. After registration simply click on the Video Channel dropdown menu. Select any level, click on any video and then on the buy box in the player. This will allow you to select a subscription and move to checkout.
Q: Do I purchase workouts individually or are they unlimited?
A: All subscriptions come with unlimited workouts, you will be able to access all levels and watch them as many times as you wish.
Q: My video is choppy or takes time to load.
A: We have set our bit rate to accommodate many different data speeds. The minimum speed required is 300kbps. If you are unsure about your data speed, please contact your internet service provider.
Q: Why am I only seeing 20 second clips?
A: If you are registered but have not subscribed to either the monthly or yearly membership all you will be able to view is a 20 second preview of the videos. With a paid subscription you will have access to all full workouts.
