Providing Senior Transition Coordination

As I continue my journey in residential real estate, I am expanding the services I offer to include senior transition and relocation planning for those looking to make a change into a retirement lifestyle. This work will be performed under a separate entity called AUTUMN MOVES. I will be working with clients in the early stages of their decision making all the way through to their new lifestyle. Most often clients will value help in determining what type of community will be the best fit for them, how much space will they have in their new home, and evaluating any potential downsize. Part of this process includes determining the best path in terms of estate sales and meaningful donations. After these decisions are made, move planning and management services will be provided ensuring the details are well-coordinated. For the first night in their new home, we will have unpacked and organized everything so that the experience is reassuring and positive!

As a Realtor and professional interior designer, if upgrades or remodeling is desired, I can advise, plan, and coordinate the work on both the former house and the new residence.
