March 2021
It’s not the most auspicious anniversary, but March marks one-year since the beginning of the pandemic, which has been wholly life-changing.

COVID-19 has been brutal for many of us, both personally and professionally, and in many cases, absolutely devastating for the women entrepreneurs we work with. And yet, the first wave of our recent survey has shown not just resilience of women entrepreneurs, but a clear sense of optimism as well. It is that hope we are channeling as we head into spring, which is a time to welcome new beginnings.

We are excited about the many new ventures we have planned, all of which are designed to help you thrive in your work supporting women entrepreneurs.

First, we have a new brand and logo, designed by Winnipeg-based firm Urban Ink. Next, we have a new website, built with our partners at The Hatchery in Victoria. And finally, we have officially launched our member portal, which you will be hearing lots more about in the coming months.

Joining our online community includes access to a members-only discussion forum and learning library. All of the recorded video sessions and resources from the WEOC X: Exchange, Expand, Explore conference will be available in our library, along with an ever-growing list of tools and resources.

We look forward to welcoming new members, and we can’t wait for you to explore and network.

Until next time, stay well and enjoy the spring weather.

Alison
