WCBA Alum JelikaLite LLC Announces Updates

JelikaLite LLC, an alum on the Westchester County Biosciences Accelerator, recently announced several company updates.

Earlier this month, JelikaLite had a successful presubmission meeting with the FDA regarding the company’s product, Cognilum, an innovative solution to reduce children’s autism symptoms, enabling better integration into society and improving a family’s quality of life. Cognilum is an intelligent wearable medical device, combining therapeutic non-invasive brain stimulation with near infrared light, EEG sensors and a personalization platform. The next steps include spring discussions and a Clinical Trial Agreement, a pathway available only to Breakthrough Device companies, which obligates the FDA to follow through on its commitment, as long as the Pivotal Trial goes as expected.

In addition, the company announced that the JelikaLite BioVerge platform offering is officially live for investment. Brain Foundation and BioVerge have jointly committed to a lead investment of $350K. If you are an accredited investor and are not yet registered on the BioVerge platform, you can use this link to access the information and to see the terms. All investments through BioVerge will be subject to its terms and conditions, including applicable fees.
