We are in the Green Phase, and I hear some of the ‘honking’ for Westminster to get moving, open the doors.
All of us are eager to resume in-person activities and our Vision Task Force has been working hard to serve the gospel, care for one another, and trust in God’s guidance as we plan for reopening the church for worship and gatherings.
There are many parts that must be in place for us to gather in person, from safety to technology and many pieces in between. One of those parts is a survey that was recently emailed to all members.
We have a sacred responsibility to each other, to those who will gather in person, and to those who will be at home. We are and will be a strong and caring community of faith as we put our trust in God and as Paul wrote the Ephesians, “lead a life…with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.” (Ephesians 4:1,2)
Grace and peace,

Today's Hymn
Make Me a Channel of Your Peace
Lorraine Milovac, leader
Make me a channel of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me bring your love.
Where there is injury, your pardon, Lord, and where there’s doubt, true faith in you.
Make me a channel of your peace. Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope.
Where there is darkness, only light, and where there’s sadness, ever joy.
O, Master, grant that I may never seek so much to be consoled as to console,
To be understood, as to understand, to be loved, as to love, with all my soul.
Make me a channel of your peace. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
In giving of ourselves that we receive, and in dying that we’re born to eternal life.
