Cardio Drumming at the WROC


Tuesdays, March 19 – April 30

This is a whole-body exercise that involves drumming on large yoga balls while maintaining rhythm to music. Instructor Eric Horton, is a physical therapist and specializes in the treatment of individuals living with neurological disorders, including Parkinson's Disease. Read more and register here.
