Congregational Meeting

The Session has called a Congregational Meeting for Sunday, November 1, immediately following the 11:00 a.m. worship service. The meeting will be both in person in the sanctuary and through livestream.

The first item of business is to hear from the Nominating Committee to elect Elders, Deacons, Endowment Committee Members, and At-Large Members of the Nominating Committee. View the slate of nominees here.

The second item of business is to hear from the Pastor Nominating Committee who will make a recommendation for the position of Senior Pastor/Head of Staff. The nominee will preach a candidate sermon at both the 9:00 am and 11:00 a.m services. The congregation will be asked to vote to approve this candidate and the terms of call.

Voting at the meeting will use Mentimeter, a secure online voting process conducted by the Pittsburgh Presbytery Committee on Ministry. This requires each voter to have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Paper ballots will be available in the sanctuary. Specific directions for using Mentimeter will be emailed and on the church’s website on Monday, October 26.

Commitment Sunday

One of the things we can say with certainty about 2020 is that it has been a year unlike any other at Westminster Church! But we have continued to let our light shine through the ministry of the church, made possible by the continued generosity and commitment of our members.
Please prayerfully consider how much of what God has given you can be returned to Westminster to support our ministry for the glory of God. Bring your completed pledge card to the 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. worship service this Sunday, mail it to the church, or submit your pledge online.

Thank you for your continued support of Westminster. Let your light shine!
In Person Worship

Reserve your seats for this Sunday's in person worship services by clicking the Worship Reservations button. For assistance, please call Peg Kinsey at the church office at 412-835-6630.
Livestream Worship

We will continue to livestream our services so that we all may worship, that no matter where we are, we are united as the one body of Christ. Click the Watch Live Services button to access our livestream services.
Giving of Tithes and Offerings
Giving of tithes and offerings is an important act of worship. Whether you are worshiping with us in person or through our livestream option, we thank you for your gifts which help us to continue the work of the church. Read about the different ways to give to Westminster.
