Willmar Bus & Southwest Tour Celebrates 50 Years | |
Congratulations and thank you to Ken Inselmann, Mike Kubesh, Dick Plahn, Kris Rosendahl, and Lora Handt of Willmar Bus on 50 years of membership with the Chamber. Dick Plahn was the original owner of Willmar Bus and led the business up until 2004. In 2004, ownership transferred to Ken, and in 2023 Kubie is preparing to take wheel. Willmar Bus' goal is to bring their customers the best travel opportunities available in style in comfort which is why their moto is "Busin' with the Best!" Willmar Bus clocked 560,000 miles over the 2022 school year! Golf Classic Door Prizes and Swag | |
The Golf Classic is sold out with 144 golfers and 30+ sponsors. Sponsors and golfers are encouraged to have fun and to embrace theme. We are also looking for swag items (144 count) and prize donations (gift certificates, gift baskets, etc.) to be given out at the Golfer After Hours. This is a great way to extend the visibility and goodwill of your company! Swag must be dropped off at the Chamber by 9:00am on August 2nd. Email Jami at jtanner@willmarareachamber.com if you would like to donate a door prize or swag. The tournament will take place at 11:00am on Monday, August 7th at Eagle Creek. An email with teams and event information will be sent to registered teams and sponsors later this week. | |
