Saturday 5th October is our social dance night at Streetly Community Centre, Foley Road East, Streetly B74 3HR dancing to first class music! Includes a one hour Foxtrot Master Class with Warren & Jane to help you master this elusive and beautiful dance. For those of you who did your medals at the medal test, come along to be presented with them on this brilliant night of dancing and laughter!
'Dance with a Champion' Challenge
& Medal Presentation
Saturday 5th October is our Children's Dance with a Champion Competition Day & Medal Presentation at Streetly Community Centre, Foley Road East, Streetly. Meet the Zig Zag elite team of International dancers and teachers who will be on hand to partner you in the competitions as well as some solo and partner competitions. Also, Medal presentation for those that did their medals. A great family day out!
All pupils will be allocated a teacher or champion dancer to dance with in this Zig Zag Dance with a Champion challenge. Competitions will take place for various ages and abilities in various dances and there will be lots of prizes.
Bring your own drinks although tea and coffee will be available and sandwiches. Bring your camera and video recorder!
3pm to 7pm.
Tickets: �5.00 dancers, �4.00 spectators.
October Kids Dance Camp
We are excited to announce our Children's Autumn Dance Camp. 3 days of jam packed dancing, choreography, costume designing, acting, technique, ...you name it...we will be doing it in this fun and exciting week with our team of world class teachers. Kids will learn varied dancing styles including Ballroom, Latin, Streetdance, Belly Dance, Zumba, Pilates, Pop Performers, Ballet, Contemporary, Jewellery Making, Hairdressing, Costume Desgigning and more. 10am to 4pm daily. By the end of the week you wont recognise them!
Prices: �20 per day.

Zig Zag pupil new Professional Dancer on US version of 'Strictly!'
Former Zig Zag pupil Emma Slater has been announced as one of the new Professional dancers on the US hit TV show Dancing with the Stars. Emma started in our Sutton Coldfield classes as a child and went on to win the Zig Zag shield for the highest mark in the medal test and then to train as a competition dancer with Warren and Jane going on the become British Under 21's Latin Champion. Since then she has gone on to star in the show Burn the Floor, the hit film Mamma Mia. We are very proud to have started Emma on her dance journey and wish her all the best in her new TV career....we know they are going to love you Emma!

Our Thursday night practice night is going from strength to strength and has become the place to dance in the Midlands. Everyone is welcome at Dudley College of Technology, The Broadway, Dudly DY1 4AS. Ballroom 7.30pm, Latin 8.45pm. Teas, Speciality Coffees, Snacks, Energy Drinks, Cakes available.
