Fundraising / Acquisitions
Resolving joins the Kairnial Group, which offers a collaborative platform to manage real estate data.

AOS raised 9 million from A/O PropTech, Banque des Territoires, ACTIVUM 5G, CONCRETE VC and other private investors. The startup publisher of management software wants to accelerate its international development, and changes its name to "Saqara". 

Wattsense, an IoT solution for construction automation, was recently acquired by the Siemens Group. 
Commercial Development
Tri-O Greenwishes, the concierge of recycling, recycles masks from the organization of Parisian hospitals ("APHP").  

Ficha, the mobile application that rewards selective sorting, has signed to do an experiment with CDC Habitat.

Joulia,  the shower using heat recovery, is forging international partnerships to facilitate the integration of its system into buildings.

H2SITE has joined forces with French gaz leader Engie to develop solutions for separating hydrogen from low concentration CH4/H2 mixtures.

The Joseph Sauvy Association, which manages health, social and medico-social establishments, has acquired the DriveIM technical management platform to monitor and trace the maintenance carried out in its buildings. 

AItenders, the platform for managing tenders and contracts in the world of construction, has passed the threshold of 20 billion euros in volume of tenders processed.  

Artify, which offers connected art boards, recorded promising pre-orders at French real estate industry events ("MIPIM" trade fair in Cannes, "Workspace" and "SIMI").

Colivys has delivered the first reversible temporary coworking space for social housing landlord "in'li", as part of the renovation of a Parisian residence. The space will be taken back as an apartment at the end of the works. 

Papernest, a contract management solution to facilitate moving, has had a rapid development with social housing landlords (+30 partners in 8 months). 

Novaccess, the startup that transforms smartphones into access keys, is the winner of the "Mutuelle Intégrance" grant thanks to its contribution in making buildings more accessible to people with reduced mobility.
New Products and Offers
MOTEN Technologies has developed a solution (sensors & SaaS software) to prevent risks from MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders), intended for the prevention services of construction, logistics and industrial companies. 

WearHealth launches a new offer, based on an IoT tool, designed to reduce risks and improve the performance of manual tasks.  

Appi Technologies has launched APPI-Com, a wireless, long-range (3.8 km), hands-free radio communication device with a "lone worker protection" module.  

Comin VR, the startup that offers virtual reality training, has designed a module dedicated to training and reminding slinging rules.

Apix Analytics, a company that designs gas analysis tools, has obtained the LNE metrological certification (national laboratory of metrology and testing) for one of its applications. 

Maximum, a company that manufactures mass-produced furniture from industrial waste, has carried out a project, "Papillon", which reuses glass from Beaubourg. 

Godecision is releasing GoBuild V1, a web application for construction professionals to model their projects. The application allows to calculate the cost, the promoter's balance, the environmental impact. 

Plantez Respirez (in english "Plant & Breath"), a company which conducts the revegetation or "greening" of spaces, has developed "nature contact" workshops and the revegetation of company yards and terraces. 

Cikaba, an expert in risk prevention, is working on integrating an Artificial Intelligence brick into its tool to anticipate the occurrence of accidents.

Based on BIM and building simulations, Metabuild explores billions of possible scenarios for each project to get the best solutions with a deep knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, comfort and energy performance.

Accenta: renewable energy storage solutions that maximize the decarbonization of buildings. The technology captures the heat emitted by building air conditioners in the summer, stores it as electricity underground and releases it in the winter to heat buildings.

Scale: invented SCALITE®, a new material made exclusively from fish scales that comes in the form of colored sheets with a slightly marbled pattern and a texture similar to that of stone

ModuleM: offers custom modular buildings composed of metal, wood, and concrete to varying degrees. The solution is distinguished by the integration of BIM, local sourcing of materials and high performance insulation for its modules. 

Innovalys: Concrete passive buildings with prefabricated outer insulation which guarantees « 0 thermal bridge ».

Balyo: develops autonomous robots for companies to carry out handling missions in order to increase productivity and reduce the drudgery of work for employees. The products offered are equipped with 3D perception, geo-guidance and intelligent safety systems.

Omniscient: Omniscient is a platform that processes geolocation data and provides performance indicators and metrics on operations such as fleet management, production methods, site security or freight logistics.

Akanthas: offers a digital solution of visualization and decision support which, thanks to sensors, allows collectors, recyclers and producers of industrial waste to follow in real time the zones or containers of waste storage to optimize their management.

SustainEcho: automates the carbon assessment of structures using data from the client's structure and makes it accessible through a platform that generates integrated reports and allows work to be adjusted according to the studies carried out

Rockease: simplifies the ordering of aggregates. The start-up offers an online platform that facilitates the purchase of construction materials and reduces the CO2 footprint associated with their transport by identifying suppliers close to the site.

Batis: software dedicated to the construction industry that allows to create, gather, control and sign administrative and contractual documents.

Artelink: developed a platform for intermediation between engineering and construction professionals (freelancers) and major players in the sector.

Walterre:  proposes a solution to help users save (energy and money) in collective housing. In these buildings, Walterre targets the first potential source of savings: the heating block.

Aktio: developed a platform that allows you to calculate and visualise your carbon footprint, as well as to define and improve your objectives to reduce your footprint.

Svelte: is developping a modular Factory-in-a-Box machine system that generates prefabricated architectural foam elements in complex shapes without using CNCs. Svelte's solution allows for faster on-site or off-site production of walls and floors with fewer materials used. 

Asap TT: a temporary employment agency specializing in the construction industry, working to simplify the recruitment process - from the candidate experience to follow-ups.

E-Beton: optimises the management of concrete on site: ordering and reception on site and follow-up.

Smart Panel: biomimetic envelope for buildings. The company offers façade panels that circulate a heat transfer fluid to maintain a comfortable temperature without the need for air conditioners (HVAC).

Herontrack: provides a human-less construction equipment tracking solution for inventory and managing tool inspections.


Weez-U Welding: offers a remote operation solution to assist welders with a collaborative arm, particularly on complex and difficult to access tasks.

MX3D: a metal 3D printing company that uses the Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) process.

Isybot: Lightweight, safe, easy-to-program robots that work independently or assist an operator: Isybot reinvents workstations such as sanding, polishing or painting.

Nuada: offers an assistive glove that allows the user to carry up to 40kg of load without difficulty. The glove works as an electromechanical support system, giving more strength and coordination to the hand.


Nooco: software platform that calculates the carbon footprint of a building project, aggregating the carbon footprint of each material. The platform then identifies areas for improvement for each project. 

Ceelab: simplifies the global renovation of buildings via a regulatory calculation method that takes into account the technical and financial aspects of the project in order to maximize its management according to your objectives.

BIM Chain: a start-up that uses blockchain technology to certify information in BIM. 

Ubiplace:  a software publisher that designs and sells products and services in Saas mode in the field of infrastructures and buildings.

Ithaque: helps individuals with their home energy renovation project. They carry out the energy audit and assist individuals in obtaining all the assistance to which they are entitled.

Qiimcy: proposes a "digital health book of a building", a sort of digital clone of an asset, gathering all the information and events concerning the building and reflecting its state of health, since its construction.
Sarus: develops volumetric expansion valves allowing the compression and expansion, even biphasic, of gases at very high pressure.

Water Horizons: uses a thermochemical process to store plant waste heat in mobile batteries for redistribution to heat buildings.

WIND my ROOF: develops a modular rooftop wind turbine with surface solar panels, suitable for flat roofed buildings and generating up to 2MWh per year.

Entent: developed the PULSE, an ORC engine allowing to valorize the unexploited heat from 60 to 150°C by generating electricity.

Cambridge Carbon Capture: developed the CO2LOC technology to sequester CO2 in the form of rock, which can be used as a by-product, through a mineralization process.

Altermaker: offers a customized software for life cycle assessment and ecodesign of projects and products.

Azola: developed a liquefaction, liquid storage and regasification solution for biomethane that offers flexibility to producers and network operators and reduces emissions from methanization sites.
Flydesk:  application allowing companies to book coworking spaces and employees to indicate their work places and times, in order to develop autonomy and flexibility in the workplace.

Starbolt: installs, operates and maintains fleets of electric scooters and bicycles for companies.

O'Sol: develops nomadic energy systems to make spaces more flexible, modular and encourages the adoption of new ways of working. The start-up targets companies, universities, coworking spaces and hotels.

NovAcess: Installation of bluetooth boxes to enable instant and remote management of access controls on users' and residents' smartphones.

Matērlocal: Matēr local offers a digital platform to support prescribing actors (MOA and MOE) in the choice of constructive solutions that are part of a logic of bioeconomy and sustainable management.

Infrogrid: provides end-to-end connected sensor solutions which make buildings smarter - quickly, affordably and securely.
COBOD: designs 3D construction robotic printers and automate processes for the construction site.

One Click LCA: develops software for calculating the environmental impact and life cycle analysis of construction works.

ParaGroup: publishes software to assist in the design of construction projects. The Israeli start-up aims to optimize design by simulating variations in as many parameters as possible, and targets manufacturers and builders. Its products, based on the use of artificial intelligence, can also be adapted to other industries (urban planning, industrial design, art, etc.).

Rebartek: delivers prefabricated reinforcement cages to construction projects.

SGPR.TECH: Ground-penetrating radar solution providing reliable data at great depths, enabling the detection of underground infrastructures.
Homeys: thanks to connected temperature and hygrometry sensors, Homeys analyzes building data to monitor comfort, heating system settings and the energy and environmental performance.

La Solive: trains and accompanies people in professional reconversion who wish to turn to professions related to energy renovation.

Doremi: aims to make energy renovation accessible by structuring the local offer of training, support for building professionals, and help with financing for households, in partnership with local authorities.

Besteel: offers a durable and lightweight metal framing solution.
Appi Technologies: an autonomous hands-free communication system designed for teams working in hostile, noisy or confined environments.

NeLia: NeLia is an application that detects risky situations on site using artificial intelligence and prevention experts, applied to photos taken on site by the site manager.

Robotile: provides assistance solution for the installation of tiles and paving. 

Néoratech: offers personal protective equipment with embedded technology for electrical manipulations. These equipments are designed for technicians and electricians. 

AALIA.TECH: offers a voice chatbot that interprets in real time a conversation between a health professional and his patient. 

Barnabe.io: a platform allowing health and wellness structures and professionals to offer prevention workshops, medico-educational support and supportive care at a distance for people suffering from chronic diseases.

Récap: enables the development, documentation and supervision of the transmission of instructions and good practices in the field of health and safety at work. This makes it possible to improve the safety of operators in the field, to make managers more responsible, to encourage the justification of compliance with the safety obligation, and to anticipate the risks of liability.
Air Booster: transforms the walls of steel-frame buildings into a giant solar radiator via a solution based on aerothermal panels that considerably reduce energy consumption. 

Gramitherm: manufactures natural and ecological insulation panels based on meadow grass.

MAXIMUM: Mass production of furniture from industrial production losses and construction sites



Oclair: A Quebec-based company that develops solutions to protect public health and the environment. The start-up provides cities and network operators with an epidemiological monitoring platform designed to monitor the progression of several pathogens (including Covid 19) for the human population.

NamR: provides a tool for the visualisation and management of territorial, building and environmental data to support local authorities and planners in their ecological transitions. 

EOLIOS: specialises in mathematical modelling services of velocity, temperature, humidity, gas fields and energy modelling of buildings, cities and industries for impact studies (heat islands, industrial design etc).

Cuirassier: an eco-designed mobile protection system that protects an area threatened by surface run-off and recovers, stores and diverts fluids and liquids.

Vortex.IO: real-time hydrological measurement service, based on satellite monitoring of rivers. This turnkey offer provides local authorities and water stakeholders with monitoring of hydrological parameters of interest.

Origins Earth:  a Suez Group start-up that develops a tool for measuring CO2 emissions and the impact of climate plans, as well as a solution to help finance energy reduction projects. 

Birds for Change: develops smart garbage cans that allow birds to collect urban waste based on an intelligent reward system.

B-bot: offers a plastic bottle collection machine. The bottles are transformed by the machine into flakes, which makes them more easily recyclable. The user who has placed his empty bottle in the machine accumulates points via his application.

Solioti: offers a connected plant wall with a growing medium made of recycled textile and a watering system that recovers rainwater to irrigate the walls. 

H2ope: developed a system to collect and recycle plastic waste from waterways.  

Gramitherm: manufactures natural and ecological insulation panels made of prairie grass.

Unico: offers an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for the management of waste activities for communities, companies and associations. The objective of their platform is to structure the logistics and optimize the operations related to waste by providing reporting on their management.

Uzer: is developing a sorting aid application for individuals. The company works with local authorities to help consumers choose their products and recycle their packaging.

Tri-o greenwishes: offers services for the collection, sorting, weighing and recycling of waste with 100% French partners. The company is able to manage more than 20 different types of waste with accurate weighing to within 200g.

Tergys: develops autonomous systems for the production of green energy and water, which is easy to install. Tergys provides access to drinking water and energy, desalination of seawater in coastal and island areas, recycling of urban and industrial wastewater.

Biomede: Biomede specializes in soil remediation using plants to remove heavy metals. The start-up offers a diagnosis of the state of the soil and provides the appropriate plants to clean up the various sites.
