In Jim Collin’s # 1 Best Selling Business Book, Good to Great, Collins states: “My research team started out thinking that the key to transforming a good company into a great one would be to implement a new vision and strategy. They were wrong. The first thing great companies did was to get the right people ON THE BUS.” We believe the same is true for MINISTRY! Collin’s extensive research on the commonality in great organizations clearly showed that to take any organization from good to GREAT, the key is in the “WHO” and not the “WHAT”.   

It has been said that “the window to anyone’s mind and heart is to know their passion.” What I have personally experienced in Ministry is when the Holy Spirit connects a person’s passion with ministry, ministry flourishes.
