"Working hard for something we don't care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion."
--Simon Sinek
For nearly five decades, the CEEE has enjoyed working with great teachers whose passions lie in economic, personal finance, and entrepreneurship education. As we reflect on another year of dynamic programming, we acknowledge that we could not have accomplished our work without your support.
As economic educators, we are well aware of the positive externalities that our teacher education efforts produce. Students taught by passionate and well-prepared educators most certainly benefit, as do the communities in which these students live and grow.
Likewise, the educators we prepare are enjoying knowledge externalities that stem from our own alliance with generous Lerner alumni and past university leaders who are continually looking for ways to give back to the UD community. Read on about recent and upcoming CEEE events to see how we get the chance to reach higher by climbing on the shoulders of giants, bringing their proven expertise and experiences to campus to provide timely and critical programming to our students, teachers, and fellow community members.
The multiplier effect is evident in all that we do: experts and educators teaching other educators who, in turn, are making a significant impact on the lives of thousands of teachers and hundreds of thousands of students around the world! With much gratitude for your abiding partnership in this effort, we wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season and prosperous New Year!
Cheers!
