Inside Out Business Success
Our Next Level program brings high-quality, affordable, locally offered professional development opportunities for businesses and organizations across Humboldt County. Since its launch, Next Level has facilitated more than 30 learning opportunities on a wide range of topics. We also provide custom sessions upon request.
The benefits of professional development for your employees are profound:
Performance: 74% of workers say that a lack of employee development opportunities is preventing them from reaching their full potential. Investing in development can lead to a 24% productivity increase.
Retention: 94% of employees said they would stay at the company longer if their workplace invested in their careers. Workplaces that invest in employee development see a 58% increase in retention.
Engagement: Gallup names development opportunities as one of the five main drivers of employee engagement. 80% of workers say the chance to learn new skills would increase their engagement levels.
Driving Success: 92% of organizations committed to employee development say they are more likely to develop novel products and processes. They are 52% more productive. And 84% said that a learning culture leads to a more resilient organization and a better workplace culture.
Especially in times of change and belt-tightening, investing in your employees makes bottom-line sense. Contact me to explore how we can partner!
