Public Involvement Meeting

Tuesday, April 15th 6:00-8:00pm

Windsor Municipal Building

4084 Mueller Road, DeForest

The Dane County Department of Highway and Transportation will hold a Public Involvement Meeting to discuss the upcoming County Highway CV improvement project, which spans from Wisconsin Highway 19 to Vinburn Road.

Dane County representatives will be available to review the project, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns from the public.

Date: Tuesday, April 15, 2025

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Windsor Municipal Building (4084 Muller Rd, DeForest, WI 53532)

A 30-minute project presentation will begin at 6:15 PM, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Get ready for an egg-citing event! Our Annual Easter Scramble is happening on April 13th at 1:00 PM at Lake Windsor Country Club!

Kids ages 0-9, get ready to scramble for Easter eggs and have a chance to win one of our prize baskets by finding a golden ticket in a lucky egg! The Easter baskets are all set and ready for you!

The Easter Bunny will be there to greet all the kiddos, and there will be an opportunity to have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny to capture the moment!

Arrive between 12:15-12:45 PM at the Clubhouse to check in. The scramble will be divided by age groups: 0-3, 4-6, and 7-9, so everyone gets a fair chance to hunt for eggs.

We can't wait to see you there!

Lord of Love Community Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 19th at 10am

Families and their children are invited to our annual community Easter egg hunt. There is no cost to attend - just bring your Easter basket. The morning begins with a devotion followed by the egg hunt. Then stay for crafts, games and activities.

Celebrate Earth Day alongside your neighbors, friends, and co-workers by volunteering to clean up your local community in the Village of DeForest! Join this community-wide volunteer effort aimed at making a positive impact. Volunteers will have the opportunity to assist by cleaning up our parks, shorelines, roadways, and public spaces in DeForest. We'll provide the supplies needed and safety vests. Anyone can participate on Saturday, April 26th from 9am to noon, register yourself or a group. Refreshments provided for all volunteers.
