The Best Proof Of The Resurrection
From Bishop Tobin
One of the interesting things about the Resurrection of Christ is that, apparently, no one actually saw it happen, except perhaps the Roman soldiers who were guarding the tomb, and they denied that it happened. Without the testimony of eye witnesses, then, why do we believe that Jesus rose from the dead?

Pope Francis: Easter Sunday, Mass and Urbi et Orbi
(VATICAN NEWS) - Pope Francis deliverd his traditional Easter message “Urbi et Orbi” – to the city and the world – underscoring how we celebrate the event that gives us the hope that does not disappoint: “Jesus who was crucified has risen”.

Have you seen the progress on the new Mausoleum of Saints Peter & Paul at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston?
As we are baptized Catholic, our Church teaches that - regardless if one is to be interred/entombed full-body or cremated - where we are to rest should be consecrated. We must respect the reverence of the body and our diocesan Catholic Cemeteries are making every effort to symbolize our faith in all areas of our cemeteries.

Making your pre-need plans ensures that your loved ones understand how you would like to be laid to rest and eliminates any difference of opinion of your heirs on how to proceed.

If you are interested in a mausoleum space for your resting place, begin the process and consider discussing options with the Saints Peter & Paul Mausoleum Family Counselor, Bill Herren.
