North American Missions:

Two churches were granted NAM status this year. Bro. and Sis. John Patterson were approved for NAM status for a new church in Springfield, MO and Bro. and Sis. Terry Etherton were approved for new church status in St. Clair, MO. We celebrate these new church plants.

Go visit  www.missourinam.com  and check out the new website for NAM. Everything you need to know about Outreach Extensions, Preaching Points, Daughter Works, and NAM works can be found on this site along with a link to applications.
Missouri District Office
Relocation Project
The offices of the Missouri District will remain at 700 Howdershell in Hazelwood until we move to the Missouri District Ministry Center at the new Urshan Property in Wentzville, MO. We do not anticipate moving until sometime in late Spring of 2020 at the earliest. The Urshan Property at 700 Howdershell has been leased to Gateway Legacy Christian Academy out of Glen Carbon, IL. They are a private, Christian academy that has a major emphasis on athletics. However, they are not leasing our space and we will continue to operate from the current District Offices until we move.  We are waiting on construction documents to be completed so that bids can be received and a contractor chosen. Continue to be in prayer for this project.
Celebrating Recent District Events
Junior Youth Camp
Junior Camp 2019 was once again a great success. Over 400 campers and 100 workers gathered together in Cherokee Pass at the Pinecrest Camp for an amazing week with the ministry of the McGonigals and the Bufords. On Thursday night service there was a record attendance of 733. We are happy to report that 42 children received the Holy Ghost for the first time. The Children’s Ministry team also celebrated breaking the $100,000 barrier for Save Our Children. Congratulations to Bro. and Sis. Sheerin, Bro. and Sis. Kinney, Bro. and Sis. Theissen and your team for this great report!
Ladies Ministries
If you heard a scream of excitement and felt tremors under your feet the week following MO Conference, it was the great JOY of the MO Ladies Ministries as we finalized Mother’s Memorial 2019!! With hard work & a heart for The Kingdom, YOU, MO Churches, Pastors & Ladies of MO District have not only reached our 2019 Goal of $119,000.00 but have far exceeded it by raising…….. $124,201.90! Thank you. Thank YOU. THANK YOU!!! Together, we make a great team, united for His Kingdom!! Our prayer is that all that you have given and sown will return to you, 100 fold!! Thank you for ANOTHER Great M.M. Offering!
NAYC and Pray STL
There is no doubt that North American Youth Congress was a life changing event for many. Almost 37,000 students and adults gathered together for an incredible 3 days in St. Louis worshiping and seeking God. St. Louis was greatly impacted by their presence. A huge thank you to Bro. Ernest Martinez who headed up our Pray STL effort in conjunction with NAYC. Sis. Holly Smith, who was also a great help, shared this testimony of what happened through Pray STL.
Testimony of Sis. Holly Smith:   “Super excited about what God’s doing in STL!  We got connected to Darnisha when she reached out for prayer through the Pray STL outreach at NAYC. I took her out for dinner and she told me that she had never felt real love or had a true friend that wasn’t trying to use her. I told her that God loves her and so do I. This morning she joined us for Sunday morning service at The Sanctuary and received the Holy Ghost and is planning to get baptized on Wednesday! Thankful for a district that was willing to invest in the NAYC outreach effort and the ministers of the St Louis area who’ve been so supportive of this church plant! Excited for what’s to come!”
