Division of Creative Arts news & updates | October 2022 | |
Dear Colleagues,
It is good to have all of us back on campus and I hope the fall semester is progressing well for everyone. We thought it appropriate at this time to introduce new faculty to the Division of Creative Arts and to celebrate some of the achievements of our accomplished faculty over the past few months. We have also included information about upcoming events, funding opportunities and more.
I also wish to announce that I will be stepping down as Division Head at the end of this semester and going on leave in the spring. Professor Aida Wong will be taking over the Division leadership position in January 2023.
In the meantime, keep me and Director of Arts Engagement Ingrid Schorr informed of your and your students’ events and accomplishments so that we may continue to spread the word across the Division, the University and beyond.
With all best wishes,
Charles McClendon
Head of the Division of Creative Arts
