The Sisters in Florida, from in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo, and West Palm Beach came together on Saturday, May 7 at the Franciscan Center, Tampa, Florida. The Sisters engaged in sharing and dialogue to prepare for the work that we will be doing with Ted and Beth Dunn. Everyone enjoyed this first gathering after a long period of Covid isolation.

Farewell from Denise Bunk-Hatch, Former Communications Director
|
|
Words cannot express my gratitude to you for all of the well-wishes and love I have received over the past week, and indeed, over the past 10 years.
When I started with the Congregation, Sofia was only a year old. For the past decade, you’ve all watched her grow and gifted her with memories and love.
She loves and will miss you.
Thank you – each and every one – for embracing me and my family, and for your tireless love, support, and prayers. Your willingness to try new things and take new paths has been an inspiration that I will carry with me into future endeavors.
Leaving my position with the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany was among the hardest choices I’ve made in my life. But I am being called to new challenges and adventures and am excited to see what the future holds.
Thank you, again, for everything.
Paz e bem!
