April Webinars & Networking Events
CARES, PPP, EIDL, SBA :  Unsure how to navigate the alphabet soup of federal assistance programs for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic? What each of these programs offers? Which are loans? Which are grants, or loans that be forgiven? How to determine whether your business is eligible?

David Hincapie , Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, will explain the details of each program and provide guidance for businesses seeking assistance to help recover from losses as a result of this crisis. Alison W. Rind , a specialist in commercial lending with Lerch Early & Brewer, will join the webinar for the Q&A session that follows the presentation.

LIMITED SPACE LEFT. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT NOON TODAY.
If you are unable to register, but would like a copy of the slides and link to the recording, please email info@gsscc.org .
Don’t hit pause on your networking just because we’re not able to come together in the same place! Resume or re"ZOOM” your business connections with the Chamber’s  Re"ZOOM”ing Business After Hours  on Wednesday, April 15, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Meet fellow members, give updates about your business, share your favorite cocktail or comfort food recipes, and relax at the end of the workday with your Chamber friends.

The GSSCC Re"ZOOM”ing Business After Hours will be facilitated via Zoom. Register to receive the login information. Contact the GSSCC staff if you have any questions or concerns regarding using Zoom by emailing Courtney at  cjenkins@gsscc.org .

Event attendee contact information will be shared afterwards in lieu of physical business card exchanges. Please alert the Chamber if you would like to opt out of this.

Companies are Renewing Their Chamber Membership!
GSSCC thanks these organizations that recently renewed their Chamber membership. Support fellow members by checking out these businesses and the services they offer.
Members Open for Business....or Gift Card Purchase
GSSCC has compiled a  list of businesses that are still open for business  - restaurants offering carry-out and delivery services, studios offering online exercise and fitness classes, hotels, retailers, and more. Now, more than ever, they need our support. Take advantage of their offerings, and pick up a gift card or two to share with a friend, or hold for a celebration when we are at the other end of these challenging times.

If your business is open and providing services but isn't on the list, please email Courtney at  cjenkins@gsscc.org  so she can add your information.

NOTE: This list is being regularly updated. Check back for changes.
