I am excited to announce that Lynn will be bringing us information about "Heart Healthy Living. Lynn Brunke, RN is with Cardiac Rehab at the Lifestyle Center of Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. Lynn will be sharing information about what we can do to minimize our risk of heart disease. Come out and bring a friend. For the meeting, we will have a devotional, refreshments, a short meeting, our guest speaker and time for fellowship. No need to rsvp...just show up or see Susan Baker with any questions.
