READ OUR 2019 ANNUAL REPORT
Each year, the Governor and State Legislature receive a comprehensive report on the current status of the rail project. The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation believes it is essential to be transparent and keep the public up-to-date on the project. Therefore, each annual report is posted for public review.
