READ THE LATEST TCRP ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC TRANSIT RIDERSHIP

Transit ridership is down across all modes except commuter rail and demand response. Bus ridership is down the most in mid-size cities (populations of 200,000 – 500,000), and, after six years of consecutive decline, it is at its lowest point overall since the 1970s.

HONOLULU RATE COMMISSION PUBLIC MEETINGS TOMORROW AND THURSDAY
The Honolulu Rate Commission is requesting input and testimony from members of the public on the future policies and rates for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. Public testimony may be given at Rate Commission meetings on Tuesday, March 3 at Kapolei Hale, Thursday, March 5 at Kailua District Park and Tuesday, March 10 at Mission Memorial Hall.

DILLINGHAM COMMUNITY MEETING MARCH 10
HART and Nan, Inc. will be holding a construction update meeting on Tuesday, March 10 to inform the community about upcoming major utility relocation work being planned on Dillingham Blvd. This work will cause increased traffic impacts for motorists who traverse through the area. We encourage the community to attend this important meetIng to learn more about the work that is projected to start in March.

LEAP DAY EAT THE STREET FEST AT KAHALA MALL
On Saturday, Feb 29—LEAP DAY 2020—HART staff were excited to join dozens of vendors for a huge Eat The Street Event that took over Kahala Mall . Hundreds of shoppers came out to sample O'ahu’s best food trucks, enjoy live music, score a HOLO card and learn more about the Honolulu Rail Transit Project.
