Leagues are Starting
All our Leagues are about to begin for the season. If you have signed up to be a regular player or a sub, watch for an email from the Captain of your league(s). These messages will contain important information about the league and enable you to contact the Captain with any questions. These Members have volunteered to ensure the leagues run smoothly and are fun, so please be respectful of their efforts.

There are still a few openings for our 9 Hole leagues. You can still sign up to be a sub on any of the Leagues. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please contact Peggy at pzetah@gmail.com .
Sunday Match Play Golf
(Stroke Play option available too)
When:   Sunday, June 9th
Time:    Tee times (4) start at Noon
Where:  Troy Burne (One our preferred courses)
295 Lindsay Rd, Hudson, WI  54016
              1-866-489-1150
Cost:     Walking - $65 + tax
              Riding - $72 + tax
(Special rates - pay at the course)

This season we are adding new options to some of the Sunday golf: Choose Match Play or Individual Stroke Play. Never played Match play? This is a great time to experience this format in a no-stress, just-play-golf on a Sunday afternoon. You will be matched against a player in your same handicap level and play a hole-by-hole match. If you have a few blow up holes, doesn't matter. You can still win your match. All participants will receive an instruction sheet on Match play, so no need to worry about how it works.  If Match Play just isn't for you, that's OK. Sign up and come play your own game.

19 th  Hole: Dinner after play will be another option (!). Details will be sent to all who participate.

Sign up here or on our website but pay the course on the day of the event.  Sign up deadline is June 2.

Salute to Servicewomen Golf Classic
More than a "Thank You"
June 25, 2019

Sometimes our veterans need more than just a "thank you for your service".  That's why we created the Salute to Servicewomen Golf Classic.  This event not only honors all women veterans but also helps those who find themselves homeless after leaving military service.
The 2018 event raised enough money to furnish a new, transitional home in Maplewood, including move-in baskets to help these female veterans get started. Monies raised in 2019 will support female veteran clients of Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (a 501c3 organization, MAC-V.org) as they move from transitional housing to a permanent home.
Sponsorship and golfing opportunities available. For more information or to register, go to www.salutetoservicewomen.com or email Jodie Skolnick at golf@mac-v.org.

This event does require a handicap. D on't have one? This is the perfect reason to start one. Learn more about  Golf Net or GHIN handicaps on our website.
